  1. You talk about the Nov 13 attacks giving people a greater urgency to get a lasting climate agreement. And there certainly seems to be a mix of messages regarding the two – how do people relate the attacks to climate change action?
    Seeing this I can’t help but wonder how awesome the march would have been had it not been cancelled. But stay safe Amanda!

      The climate march may have been cancelled due to the attacks, but it brought energy to the city nevertheless. Contrasting with violent extremist attacks against humanity, COP21 brings together the world — officials and civil society members alike — in a peaceful effort to save our planet and future. In addition, the causes of anthropogenic climate change are causes of social inequality and environmental refugeeism, which generate conflict between people and violence that may take the form of terrorism.
